Photo: PIDPresident of Senegal Abdoulaye Wade has invited Chief Adviser Fakhruddin Ahmed to attend the 11th Summit of the rganisation of Islamic Conference (IC) in Dakar on March 13-14. Dr Bacar Dia special envoy of the Senegalese President and information minister of Senegal formally handed over the letter of invitation to the chief adviser at his office yesterday. The chief adviser thanked the envoy for carrying the letter and said he is looking forward to visiting Dakar to attend the IC summit in the Senegalese capital. He also thanked Senegal’s government for organising the summit. He termed the IC a good platform for the Muslim Ummah.
